Guy loves every aspect of dentistry but has a keen interest in Implant surgery and orthodontics. He has recently completed his MSc (Master of Science) in Implantology and a postgraduate diploma in oral surgery from the esteemed Royal College of Surgeons in London.

Guy is a multi-award winning dentist and was awarded the Best Young Dentist Award along with many others from industry peers.

He is one of the highest providers of Invisalign in Wales and recently helped the practice achieve ‘Platinum provider’ status – a huge accolade for the team. Guy is also a Six-month-Smiles provider and thoroughly enjoys conventional fixed orthodontics. He is a firm believer in the future of digital dentistry and is an expert user of every gadget in the practice.

Guy is the Welsh representative of the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI) and a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD). He is on the Phillips key opinion leader team and an associate editor of Dental Town UK – a globally recognised magazine. He plays an active role in several magazines and has had many articles published.

He also sits on the Local Dental Committee (LDC) with his parents – helping to advance and improve oral health in and around South Wales. He is also on the committee of the ‘Make a Dentist’ charity and uses any opportunity possible to fundraise or promote oral health.

Guy is thrilled to be able to give back to Blackwood and even attends the careers evening at Blackwood Comp – inspiring dentists of the future.

Most of Guys spare time is spent revising, writing articles or projects.

However, if he does manage to find any then its usually spent cooking or walking his dog Reggie with his wife Sophie. Although he hung his own boots many years ago, he never misses a Welsh rugby match in Cardiff with his Dad.
