Dr Adam Puddle BDS. Hons (Wales)

Adam obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Cardiff University in 2010 where he graduated with honours. He joined the Laffan Dental Care team in 2014 after working in both NHS and Private practices in South Wales.

Adam has a keen interest in all forms of general dentistry, but his main passion is with cosmetic dentistry. He has completed a Certificate in aesthetic and restorative dentistry and is currently working towards his MSc (Masters of Science). Adam is one of the only providers in South Wales of the Bioclear system, a composite system used for minimally invasive composite veneers, inlays and used in the removal of dreaded ‘black triangles”. He is a member of the British Academy of Aesthetic Restorative and Implant Dentistry (BAARID) which allows him to keep up to date with the latest clinical techniques and clinically related research.

“Digital Dentistry indefinitely the future”

Adam is extremely excited about digital dentistry and feels this is the future of most aspects of dentistry. He is fully trained in using both the Cerec single visit crown system and also the iTero scanner which has applications in not only orthodontic treatment but also restorative smile design cases. Adam has been providing orthodontic treatment on his patients for many years. He is trained in providing both invisible aligners (Invisalign) and conventional braces (Quick Straight Teeth, Secret Smile).

Adam has a wealth of experience in Implant Dentistry. He obtained his Certificate in Implantology at Cardiff University and enjoys both the placement and also the subsequent restoration of dental implants.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys most aspects of fitness and will often bore his patients with his latest 10K running time. He is also a keen Manchester United supporter, much to the dismay of some of his Liverpool supporting patients. When he is not busy working, his wife Holly and his two children Ruby and Benjamin keep him extremely busy.
